I’m an HVAC contractor. I built this because I was paying for field-service software and still doing invoices at the kitchen table. Here’s what the software I was paying for cost me, against what this costs — described generally, because I’m not here to run anybody else down.

Hank, the built-in assistant. Describe the symptoms and it walks the diagnosis with you one field check at a time, then writes what you found into the job so it carries through to the estimate and the invoice. It answers from our own HVAC knowledge base and from the calculators on this site — not from a general chatbot guessing.
Yes — CSV import for customers, equipment, and job history. I've run a full year of my own company's book through it, which is how four import bugs got found and fixed. I'll sit with you on your migration, because I'd rather watch it happen than hear about it afterwards.
